這首歌是007首部曲皇家夜總會的主題曲，由魔音合唱團Audioslave主唱Chris Cornell和配樂家David Arnold共同譜曲，Chris Cornell個人擔綱演唱，是繼保羅麥卡尼(Paul McCartney)、雪兒(Cher)和瑪丹娜(Madonna)後第4個為007電影親自譜曲演唱的歌手，最特別的是也沒有收錄在官方發行的電影原聲帶中，這是史上第一次007原聲帶沒有收錄主題曲，也是繼1983年八爪女(Oc-topussy )的主題曲麗塔庫麗琪(Rita Coolidge)所演唱"All Time High"之後 23年來第一首與電影片名不同的007主題曲，此外也是自1987年A-Ha樂團為黎明生機(The Living Daylights)所演唱後，19年來再次由男聲所演唱的007主題曲，當初聽到這首歌是在戲院看電影時聽到的，感覺和其他007主題曲的確不太一樣，在〝You Know My Name〞中完全顛覆以往充滿慵懶風格的主題曲，主唱充滿爆發力的唱腔加上強烈的編曲，融合強烈搖滾樂和獨具David Arnold風格交響樂的編曲，讓我感覺在聽我最喜愛的動作音樂一樣，只是多了個人在唱歌而已，而歌詞中的意思也頗令人玩味，充滿了情報員出生入死的情境，讓人感到不知下一刻究竟會發生什麼事，強烈的旋律加上歌詞搭配上充滿許多近身肉搏場面的電影，的確是頗為搭配的組合，也因為這個因素，讓我忍不住有空就重複欣賞這首歌，幾乎快把整首歌都給背了下來，也是2007年以來我所聽過最為精采的流行歌曲！
